We enjoyed a fantastic stay with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The water park kept my kids entertained for hours. The staff were exceptional. especially Mahmud El-Masri and Osama Mohamed. Dining options varied and were consistently delicious. This vacation exceeded our expectations. 🌊

The kids loved the aqua park. I was especially impressed with the night manager, who transformed our stay with his personable approach. The sheer number of towel animals left by the staff made my kids laugh every day and not going to lie, it brought a little joy to me too.

It wasn’t budget-friendly, but given the experiences, it felt somewhat reasonable.

my previous stay in sharm el-sheikh was nice, but this time at the pickalbatros was even better! the aqua park was fantastic, and my kids loved every slide and pool. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially mr metwally, who made our dining experiences enjoyable.

food quality was inconsistent.

The Deluxe Room was spacious enough for a couple, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. The layout of the hotel ensured that access to the various pools was easy, which was a definite plus for lazy days in the sun.

The mosquitoes in the evening and houseflies during the day were quite bothersome, even with the hotel's efforts to manage them. while some pools had decent heating, others were uncomfortably cold, making it hit or miss depending on where you decided to take a dip. The food quality left much to be desired, often lacking in flavor and freshness, prompting many guests to opt for nearby dining options instead. It was also surprising that some areas, especially the corridors, felt a bit neglected and could use more regular cleaning.

We had a blast at this resort! The water park is super fun, especially for my little ones. The staff were really friendly and always made us feel welcome. One funny moment was when our kids found a towel animal in our room – they loved it! Sneaky mosquitoes got a bit annoying in the evenings. great stay!

The pizza and pasta were excellent, but WiFi was frustratingly poor.
